These terms apply to every order placed on this site. The seller is Modern Era Brands LLC, trading as Wimzy Cult, 1500 North Grant Street, Suite R, Denver, Colorado 80203, contactable at support@modernerabrands.com.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm payment. Prices are in US dollars and are set on our server at the moment of checkout. If a price is listed wrongly we will contact you before producing anything and you may cancel for a full refund.
We hold no inventory. Each item is produced or ordered from our supplier after your payment clears. Lead times on each product page are honest estimates for that route, not guarantees of a delivery date.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your statement will show a charge from the name registered to our Stripe account.
Cast and hand-finished objects vary between pieces. Screen colour is not a colour match. Dimensions on product pages are approximate and stated as such.
Wall-mounted items are sold without fixings, because the right fixing depends on your wall. Several items are small and heavy and are not toys. Where a product page says to keep it away from young children, that is not boilerplate.
Nothing we sell has any protective, therapeutic, supernatural or health effect, and we make no such claim anywhere. Our products are decorative objects, clothing and printed paper.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the law of Colorado, United States.
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
