Black velvet with a deep white ruffled collar and turned white cuffs. Full puff sleeves, gathered waist, finishing above the knee.
It is the only thing we sell that is both halves of the shop at once. The velvet is the dark half. The collar is the other one.
Velvet runs warm. This is a cold weather dress and it will tell you so in May.
